Admin Manager
Admin Manager is where your company is configured. If something needs setting up once and then used everywhere else — a client, a courier, a rate — it is set up here.
How the menu works
Section titled “How the menu works”The menu has two levels. You pick a top-level area from the left, then a screen within it.
The top-level areas are:
| Area | What it covers |
|---|---|
| The people and companies you work with, and what you charge | |
| Platform-wide settings | |
| Setting up a new user | |
| Reporting |
Under Business you will find:
- Agents — companies that handle pickup or delivery on your behalf
- Clients — your customers. See Set up a client
- Contacts — the individual people at each client
- Couriers — your drivers and contractors
- Holidays — non-working days
- Rates — what you charge
- Staff — your own people
Every screen works the same way
Section titled “Every screen works the same way”Once you know one screen here, you know all of them. Each one gives you a search screen listing what already exists, with filters above it, and a detail screen when you open one record.
On a search screen you can:
- Type in the search box to narrow the list
- Use the filters above the list
- Click any row to open that record
- Use the + control to create a new one
That consistency is deliberate, and it is the fastest thing to learn about this app.
What we have not covered yet
Section titled “What we have not covered yet”The System, New User Setup and Reports areas are not documented yet. They were not opened during verification, and this collection does not describe screens nobody has looked at.
