Client Manager

Client Manager is where you maintain a customer you already have — their details, what you charge them, and any recurring schedules.

Client ManagerClients — find a client and open their record. The screen is a single search box; type part of a client’s name to find them.

Client ManagerPricing — what you charge. This is where rate codes, zones and regions are maintained for a client.

Client ManagerSchedules — recurring arrangements for a client.

Both apps have a Clients screen, which is genuinely confusing. The short version:

You want toGo to
Add a new clientAdmin Manager
Change an existing client’s pricingClient Manager
Change an existing client’s detailsEither — see below

Both can open an existing client. Which one to use for editing details has not been established yet, and this page will say so plainly rather than guess.

The client detail, Pricing and Schedules screens have not been opened, so nothing here describes what is on them beyond their purpose.

Against
  • ui: Client Manager, walked 2026-07-31 — left rail and the Clients search screen confirmed on screen
  • app: route table is /, /clients/search/:searchText, /clients/:id, /pricing, /pricing/:section/search/:searchText, /pricing/ratecodes/:id, /pricing/zones/:clientCode, /pricing/regions/:clientCode, /schedules/:clientCode — every client route requires an existing identifier
Likely to change
low — No change to this app was raised in any recent development discussion. It is exposed to the planned menu reorganisation like everything else.

Open questions
  • What the client detail screen contains, and how it differs from the same client viewed in Admin Manager — the detail screen was not opened.
  • What Pricing and Schedules look like in use; neither section was opened.
