Signing in and finding your way around
Everything in the platform starts the same way: sign in at your company’s address, then pick the app you need.
Where to sign in
Section titled “Where to sign in”Your sign-in page lives at an address that includes your company’s name:
https://hub.<your-company>.deliverdifferent.com/account/loginIf you do not know the exact address, ask whoever set up your account — or use the bookmark they gave you. There is no single shared address that works for everyone, so a link that works for one company will not work for another.
What you land on
Section titled “What you land on”After signing in you arrive at the App Hub: a list of the apps you have access to. Nothing has been opened yet at this point — the App Hub is a starting point, not one of the apps.
You choose an app from here. Once you open one, the web address changes to name your company and the app you are in. That is normal.
Why your screen may not match a colleague’s
Section titled “Why your screen may not match a colleague’s”Two different things decide what you see on the App Hub:
- What your company has switched on. Not every company uses every part of the platform, so some apps simply are not enabled.
- What your own login is allowed to do. Within a company, different people are given access to different apps depending on their job.
So if a guide describes an app you cannot see, that is not a fault. It means either your company does not use that part of the platform, or your login does not have access to it. Your system administrator can tell you which.
Guides in this collection say up front which app they are about, so you can tell quickly whether a page applies to you.
Where to go next
Section titled “Where to go next”- New to the platform? Read How to read these guides — it is short, and it explains how the guides flag things that differ between companies.
- Want to understand how it all fits together? Follow Doing the work, which walks a job from booking through to invoicing.
- Already know the screen you want? Go to The apps and pick the one you are looking at.
